Rehabilitation Services
The therapy department has recently undergone a major renovation, adding state of the art therapy equipment, making Briarcliff Healthcare Center one of the premier long term care rehabilitation centers in the Tyler area. In addition to the interior renovations, an outside mobility area has also been created complete with stairs, ramp a walking circle and patio to insure resident’s functional ability to return home.
Specialized services now available include:
- E-stem Therapy
- Ultra Sound
- Diathermy
- Vital Stimulation with two certified vital stem certified speech pathologists.
The therapy department now boasts a full compliment of physical, occupational and speech therapists giving Briarcliff with one of the highest staff to resident ratios in the Tyler area.
Recently a full time Respiratory Therapist joined the therapy team, enabling us to offer all available therapy services at one convenient location.
